Best Mercedes GLS Tires

The flagship of the Mercedes SUV range (if we’re not counting the G-Class) the GLS offers all the luxury of an S-Class with the size and practicality of an SUV.

Of note, all of the tires recommended below will fit on the majority of smaller rim sizes on the  GLS450, however, as you increase the size (and expand into mixed front and rear sizes) there are fewer options available.

What Tire Sizes Come on the Mercedes GLS?

Best All-Season Mercedes GLS Tires

Of the three options below, the Continental is our top pick and offers the best combination of performance, ride quality, tread life and all-season grip. The Michelin CrossClimate 2 is actually what’s known as an all-weather tire and comes certified for true winter driving. It’s slightly less sporty in the summer, comes with a shorter tread life and costs more. However, you won’t have to swap over to winter tires, or think about wheel storage either.

Finally the Bridgestones are similar to the Contis, but offer slightly less grip in the wet, however, they do offer a longer 80,000 mile warranty.
