American Racing is one of the most prolific wheel manufacturers out there and chances are they make a set perfect for your truck. Currently the company offers hundreds of different wheel designs including many for trucks, SUVs and crossovers.

One of numerous wheel brands that fall under the Denver, Colorado-based Wheel Pros company, American Racing traces its heritage all the way back to 1956.

American Racing AR62 Outlaw II

This design is just perfect for big trucks. Seemingly simple, it’s actually quite detailed with the twelve-hole design, raised American Racing center cap and rivets near the outside lip of the rim. The satin black shown here is just mean (and our favorite), or you can have it in a machined clearcoat option too.

Available in 15, 16 and 17-inch sizes in 7-10-inch withds, its can be had with either a 5×114.3 or a 8×170.0 bolt pattern. With plenty of metal of the surface, it’s actually quite light weight at as little as just 19 lbs per wheel.

America Racing backs this wheel with a one year finish warranty as well as its lifetime warranty on structure of the wheel itself.

American Racing AR926 Patrol

This athletic rim design is perfect for low profile tires and helps give any truck a confident and sporty look. The six-spoke pattern of the AR926 Patrol is in-set into the wheel giving a multi-piece look. Available in chrome, it really pops in gloss black with the spokes trimmed in a milled metallic edge.

Available in 17-, 18- and 20-inch sizes with widths of 8.5- or 9-inches it can be had in a variety of bolt patterns including 5 6 and 8-bolt arrangements.

Weight varies per size but starts at roughly 28lbs per wheel.

American Racing AR969 Ansen Off Road

With its bead-lock look, few tires give you that off-road look like the AR969 Ansen Off Road. The ultra-thick five-spoke design comes in a machined finish with a satin black exterior ring. Optionally, the tire is available in a full black finish. Sizes range from 15 to 16-inches with only 8-inch widths available. 5, 6 and 8-lug bolt patterns are offered to suit most any truck out there.

American Racing AR23

Combining off-road style with classic muscle car looks, the American Racing AR23 is a classic design that will never go out of style. With a raised center cap, the wheel’s five spoke design is highlighted by a deep offset and stylish rivet detailing. Currently available in 15 and 16-inch fitment for trucks, there’s a wide selection of widths ranging from 7.0- to 10-inches. Two lug fitments are available, a 5×114.3 and an 8×165.1.

In terms of colors, there’s the machined clearcoat look shown here or the AR23 is also offered in a satin black clearcoat. These wheels are also covered by a one year warranty on the finish and a lifetime structural warranty.

Impressively, these wheels weigh as little as 20-lbs each.

American Racing AR61 Outlaw 1

Leave those fancy wheels for everyone else. This classic truck rim just adds some strong shiny style to your pride and joy The clean stepped lip with rivets will accent any truck perfectly. As expected, it’s available in just one color option, the machined with clearcoat style shown here.

Available in a 15-inch fitment in 8-10-inch sizes it can be had in either a 5×127.0 or 6×139.7 bolt pattern.

As for a warranty, American Racing backs the AR61 Outlaw 1 with a one year finish warranty and a lifetime structural warranty.

American Racing Warranty

American Racing wheels are warrantied by Wheel Pros. The standard limited warranty covers the structural integrity of the wheels for their lifetime. In terms of warranties on specific finishes for tires see below:

Wheel Pros guarantees chrome and painted aluminum finishes for one year to be free from peeling

Wheel Pros guarantees PVD finishes for two years to be free from peeling

Wheel pros covers painting on steel wheels for 90 days.

Polished aluminum finishes are not covered under warranty.
