You don’t get any more in-your-face than the Cybertruck! As these trucks hit the streets it won’t be long before some folks are looking to upgrade their tires, while other folks might eat through their tires quickly and start looking for a new replacement set. Either way, we’ve put together a list of the best Tesla Cybertruck tires.

Best Tesla CyberTruck Replacement Tires

Goodyear Wrangler Territory RT

Factory equipment on the Cybertruck the Wrangle Territory RT is an impressive option and a pretty extreme tire to be fitted to a vehicle from the factory. RT tires, or Rugged Terrain tires, fit in a segment between all-terrain tires and the ultra-extreme mud-terrain tires, so you can expect not just amazing off-road grip here, but serious durability.

Normally one of the drawbacks is slightly louder tread noise – something that’s all the more obvious on an electric truck. However, these tires feature Goodyear’s SoundComfort Technology that includes a layer of insulation inside the tire to absorb road noise.

These tires were made with the Cybertruck in mind, and as a result are built with low rolling resistance features to help maximize range. (Of note, the new Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro also comes equipped with these tires from the factory).

One possible down side is tread life. You should expect to get around 50,000 miles on a set, however, Goodyear doesn’t make any promises.

Best All-Terrain Tire for Tesla Cybertruck

BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO3

If you want serious off-road performance for your Cybertruck there’s really only one option: the BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO3.

We recommend these tires all the time for true off-road enthusiasts and for a long list of reasons. For starters, they offer grip that’s pretty much unrivalled in the segment, coming closer to mud-terrain tire levels of grip offered by other brands.

Second, there’s durability. The reinforced sidewalls and extra durable tread make these things last and last.

All of this was true of the KO2 before it, but the new KO3 adds even better wear resistance (particularly on gravel roads) as well as an improvement in winter grip. Of note, the Cybertruck’s factory tires are not rated for true winter use, so the three-peak mountain snowflake rating on the KO3s is a real benefit!

A 50,000 mile tread life warranty comes on these tires.

Best Budget Tire for Tesla Cybertruck

Kumho Road Venture AT52

Kumho Road Venture AT52 Review

If you’re looking to save some coin on a set of replacement tires for your Cybertruck, Kumho is always a go-to brand. Performance and tread life are generally not quite up to the same standards as the big names, but you’ll save a bundle. In this case, about $200 per tire compared to the top recommendations.

Plus, if you’re not needing the extreme off-road capability, why spend money for something you’re not going to use. (Don’t get us wrong, these tires are still plenty capable, they just aren’t as extreme as some of the top performers on this list).

Of note, Kumho made a concerted effort with this tire to improve on-road manners over its predecessor, so expect these to be some of the most civilized and quiet riding tires on this list.
