Kenda Tires is one of a group of tire manufacturers that has a deep history in bicycle tires, before expanding into motorcycle and ATV tires, and finally cars. Kenda also specializes in wheelchair tires.
Founded in 1962 the brand is headquartered in Taiwan and makes it tires in Taiwan, Vietnam, Indonesia and mainland China. In addition to the above-mentioned types of tires, they also manufacture tires for trailers and industrial equipment.
It’s the 27th largest tire maker in the world.

Kenda Tires has US offices based in Reynoldsburg, OH. It also operates a US-based R&D center in Canton, OH.
Over the past decade the brand has made a considerable marketing push to build its presence in the United States, sponsoring professional sports teams including the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Cincinnati Reds and the Columbus Blue Jackets.
Kenda Tires manufactures 14 different automotive tires, with half of those being for trucks and SUVs. In total, Kenda offers four models for modern crossovers as well as three models designed more for trucks. All of their truck/SUV and crossover tires fall under the Klever brand name and some come backed with a limited treadwear warranty as high as 60,000 miles.
